  • Answering Service. August 1 we have a new answering service.  866-STEPS12
  • Website – Paul B is the liaison between us and Herb, the Webmaster.

Fred spoke about the need to get people involved in service commitments.  Asa there are few GSR’s in each of our Districts, perhaps we can share chairpeople.  The url for our website is d19a11.org

Discussion about the treasury report.  We asked the Treasurer to make a monthly report on opening, ending balance, expenses and what groups have donated for the month.

New Business – Gene passed around a schedule printed from an Intergroup in Central CT.  This document is not an authorized schedule.

We discussed generating interest in getting more GSR’s.  It is true that “10% of the people in AA do 90% of the work.”  An Events Committee was discussed and Geoff B offered an idea to join District 20 and 21 to hold a day of Service.   More information to follow.

Meeting adjourned at 7:38 with the Lord’s Prayer.

Respectfully submitted,

Alicia H.

District 19 Secretary
