Concept X (Steve):  It ensures that the people who have the duty to perform a task also have the power to make decisions and do the work required for that task. This concept promotes efficiency and clarity by defining who is responsible and giving them the necessary authority to effectively discharge their duties.

Tradition X (Dave):  States that Alcoholics Anonymous has no opinion on outside issues and its name should never be drawn into public controversy. *The noon meeting that was Monday-Friday at Hagamann Library is currently meeting at Christ Epiphany Church 39 Park Place.    The Hagamann Library will put up a sign to let people know where it is happening.  It is scheduled to reopen November 26, 2025.  The church will not put up a sign to send people to the library when that reopens. How do we represent that in the trifold schedule? Steve presented a solution and will fix that so there is a notice that there is a temporary change until the library reopens in November.

(Questions only on the notes sent out previously this month)

Myasha discussed the Area 11 Fall Assembly this Saturday.  One topic is, where the money collected at meetings goes, how is it helping the still sick and suffering alcoholic because that is why we are here.  An email was sent out with the flyer and agenda. The budget for A11 will be presented at the Assembly.  It won’t be voted on Saturday, it will be voted on in December.

Fred:  I will have a table for the Answering Service.  All the committees will have a table

Frank:  asked for clarification on voting at the Assembly. Myasha clarified that at an Assembly district officers get a vote.  There is a motion to take away that vote that was presented at the Area DCM meeting.  There will be a presentation at the Assembly to clarify voting. The Area guidelines need to be revamped.
